Sweet Spot

Inside of me there is a yearning. It goes deep into my soul and cannot be satisfied. When it’s not satisfied timely I find myself frustrated therefore I sustain myself from any activity that will arouse my sweet spot.

I have come to you today. Asking, inquiring, begging for you to find it in your heart to become as one with me. Enter into my walls and devour my senses. Allow me to become so satisfied that another could not take your place. Make my toes curl, my breathing short, my heart race, my body wreathe with anticipation as I loose my mind in the time it takes to achieve total satisfaction. Make planes fall from the sky, trains collide and a multitude of explosion within me. Hear me scream as my eyes close and roll back into my head. Hear my voice go into a soft murmur as I speak to you in a language that only lovers can understand.

Caged

With my ears I have heard you call my name

I have soared above mountains

Felt the wind beneath my wings

Saw lives changed in the blink of an eye

Tasted the essence of man

Landed on the most holiest of grounds

Been to places where there is no sound

Endured my wings being anointed with the dew

Cried out because of you

My colors are vibrant

And my vision surpasses any other

Swooping down I can pick up to comfort or destroy

I have passed you a thousand times

Yet you have not seen me once

Whispering in your ears my undying love

But you did not hear

Now my days are numbered

I don’t bother you anymore

Not because the love has gone

But you don’t need me anymore

I wither easy from lack of attention

Staying grounded in one place

Trying to save my energy in this day and time

Keeping my head low instead of high

Don’t cause confusion for you can’t understand

I made this life what it is

I took the fall and now I pay the price

Many days I have wished you were in my life
