As a creative personality, independent Inventor and Scientist, Anatoly Rozenblat, has received a fundamental Technical and Arts education in Marine and Manufacturing Engineering, Applied Mathematics and Patent Affairs and Inventions.
He began his scientific activity in 1996 preparing the paper on transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) by sea.
