About the Book

This is a book of journeys. It is not autobiographical. Seven events in my life are designed to proclaim that God’s grace is sufficient for every circumstance and that tribulation works patience, and patience experience, and experience hope, and hope makes no shame (Romans 5:3).

By feeble I mean tottering and apt to fall at any moment. However others may perceive me, I have never felt I was particularly strong as a child of God. The writer of Hebrews spoke of  “the sin that so easily besets us,” (Hebrews 12:1). I think I have several such sins. I am feeble. I did not write this book to demonstrate my strength. It is dedicated “to him that is able to keep you from falling...” (Jude 24). I am often unsure of myself. I take life one-step at a time. I do not know what tomorrow may bring. But “I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that day,” (II Timothy 1:12).

Above all, I am a saint. I know I am a child of God. With all of my heart I give myself to God. That means tomorrow I will be more yielded than today. Tomorrow I will build on today’s experience of walking with God. I will have better knowledge of how to please Him. Even my ability to try harder will be increased. Someday, by God’s grace I will be as a bride adorned for my husband. Today, I am still getting ready for the marriage feast.
