My Sandcastle
With a shovel and pale,
I build and I shape,
A sandcastle to see,
It’s going to be great!
A little sand here
and some more sand there,
It’s almost done
and my sandpale is bare.
“It’s time to go!”
my mother calls
but as we leave,
my sandcastle falls.
A tide came in
and washed it away,
but I’ll be back to build,
another day.
