THE  DEEPEST PART OF MY SOUL

From the deepest part of my soul I long for you

I look for you and can no longer find you

I use to be able to smell you when you were close

But then you went away and my heart was broke in two

I no longer cared and I gave up on love

But from the deepest part of my soul I still believed you were out there

To hold me tight when I was alone and make everything all right

The words I love you come off my lips

But you are not there to hear it

I imagine you and I laying close together by a fire just us two

But then I remember that my love has not been returned

I feel sadness from the deepest part of my soul

There is nowhere I would not go to find you

But where are you the one that was meant for me

I want to whisper in your ear that I will always be near

My love for you will always be only trust me and believe

I want to feel the warmth of your body close to mine

As our hearts beat faster and faster

But all I can do is wish for what I don’t have

And hope from the deepest part of my soul that you are seeking me too

I FEEL MYSELF REALIZE

Love could be the life of me

Or it could be the death of me

Decisions that need made

Not sure which way to go

I feel myself realize

That life might be an illusion

An illusion one can’t change

One must understand to agree

I feel myself realize

Life is slowly slipping away

Oh God here comes the straight jackets

What crime have I committed?

The crime of not loving

Never has love pierced my heart

I feel myself realize

When darkness settles in

To embrace the darkness

Because without the light

Darkness would not be

So I find myself realizing

That misery exists with love

And pain exists only with trust

I realize but I don’t understand

Why is it so hard to receive love?

When love is given so easy
