Wish I Could Love You More
God tells us to love so that’s what I do
I love everyone the same I love him, her and you
But…I wish I could love you more
We spiritually connect. I love that we can pray about life
We can read the bible together. I love you as a sister in Christ
But…I wish I could love you more
When we’re together, can we ever, not laugh? Can we?
Girl I love being around you. I love you like family
But…I wish I could love you more
Sometimes I feel that I have to protect you from danger
But I’d do that for many cause I love you same as I love a stranger
But…I wish I could love you more
Whatever you decide to pursue, I’ll help you out to the end
I got your back forever, cause I love you like a best friend
But…I wish I could love you more
I can honestly say I love you, that I’m definitely sure
However I really wish I could love you more
But…I can’t
