She waited for six months for the Lord to put her in a job that was right for her. She knew she wanted to serve Him and work in a Christian environment. The idea of writing a book telling inspirational stories of single mothers was “put on her heart” about two years before the book was self-published. As part of a single moms’ support group at her church, she heard many testimonies from single mothers. These women had gone through so many things. They learned from each other and had the faith to persevere. Emphasizing that all single mothers are resourceful. She also lends that the Lord wants us to lean on Him to help care for our children.
