Gifts of God's Grace

My heart is Your dwelling place, Oh Lord. You rest in my presence and bring consolation, renewal and life. You, Oh Lord, are Holy Comfort. You bless me with your grace. You guide me with Your wisdom. You bring justice to those who live their daily lives in Your presence. You feed the hearts and minds of those who thirst for Your steadfast grace. Oh Lord, You do so much for so many and still, I thirst for Your divine presence. Come to me Oh Lord, my God. Come to me.

Oh God, my God, listen to the prayers which echo in the depths of the human heart. My heart is Your temple. You, Oh Lord, bestow Your strength. I long for You to rest forever in the emptiness of my imperfect heart. My soul yearns for Your presence, blessings and divine guidance. My heart and soul beckon Your love and Your daily resolve. You, Oh Lord, bless me with Your grace and glory.

Blessed are You, Oh Lord, my God. Blessed are You! You journey amid the silence of the human heart. There Your gift of grace strengthens my faith, my willingness to listen and follow You, and to make room for You, the Good Shepherd. Oh Lord, You bless me with the gift of life. You teach me to treasure each moment and to breathe New Life and sinew into the lives of others. Only by the grace of God can I hope to rediscover the invaluable treasures in life.

Oh Lord, continue to bless those of us who are but simple pilgrims on a daily journey

in Your company. Like journeymen of centuries ago, today we are still a pilgrim people. We are Your steadfast followers. We strive to believe even amidst our doubts. We strive to trust even amidst our questions. We strive to journey forth even amidst obstacles. You, Oh Lord, have blessed us with Your gentle wisdom, eternal justice and vibrant grace. Blessed are You, Oh Lord, our God!

Oh Lord, continue to bless us, to show us Your kindness and to strengthen our faith. You, Oh Lord, breathe passion into stillness and strength into the lives of the weak. You bless us with Your daily presence and constant love. Oh Lord, through You, kindness and truth are rekindled and justice and mercy come to life. Only through Your divine grace can we hope and believe in Your bountiful mercy. You, Oh God, bless us as You shower us with each new moment, each new hour and each new day.

Our hearts are rekindled, our minds are strengthened and our souls are destined to eternal life! All this is because You, Oh Lord, desire us to know You and love You. You are Joy, Compassion, Love and Justice. You are at once kind and fair. You love because You are the fullness of Love. You, Oh God, are the eternal source for and of humanity. So, Lord, bless us each day with Your grace, Your kindness and Your steadfast love. Allow us to be at one with You and You with us.

Through Your divine grace Oh Lord, Your gift of divine love is rekindled. The gift of love begets love. Love is kind, gentle and courageous. Love brings freedom to a broken heart. Love awakens a tired soul. You, in Your divine wisdom, call each of us to love one-another. Through truth we have discovered that Your love, Oh Lord, nurtures our hearts and strengthens our daily resolve. Love enables us to be compassionate, forgiving and more understanding. Your divine love, Oh Lord, heals countless hearts and minds, reconciles people and unites strangers. Your divine love renews the human heart.
