My name is Margaret Vanetta Heeps. I live in the village of Shieldhill, which lies, "Up The Braes", from the town of Falkirk, in Stirlingshire, Scotland.
I was born in 1954 and all my life I have lived in the country and have been very close to Nature.
I have written this book with love and dedication and I hope that it will help people, who don't have much, financially, to find Holistic Health and Healing, by using things which are free and all around us.
