About the Author
Chuck’s secret recipes can be shared by everyone since upon retiring as a Real Estate Appraiser he has been writing cookbooks.This book is a compilation of family recipes and self made creations of southern, Italian, Cajun, seafood and southwestern campfire concoctions that he has been collecting over forty years. He is also in the process of writing two other cookbooks, one of which he hopes to name “Recipes From That Ohio Patio Daddy-O”. Mr. Varney’s Nacho Mama’s Chili garnished a landslide with more than 60% of the vote in an Ohio Chili Cook-Off recently. Chuck Varney splits his writing and living between
