About the Book

This book of Poems and Lyrics reflects original thought of an “atypical poet”. It is a conversation with inner self. Hopefully, the reader would get closer to the ones he loves and the ones loved and lost. Some of these poems have appeared in Minotaur Volumes, in anthologies in US and on the Internet.

About the Author

C.R.Paramesh was born in Chennai (Madras), India. He was educated at Madras University and Duke University, USA and holds M.A. and Ph.D degrees in psychology.  He was Chairman, Dept. of Psychology, Presidency College, and Madras University Center at Coimbatore, South India. He won a Fulbright Scholarship to Duke University, majoring in psychology.

His book Creativity and Personality (1972) was a pioneering work in India. He held a leadership clinical position for 20 years in Kansas State Hospital, working with the mentally ill in a forensic setting.

His earlier poems have been published in Fragrance of Life- Poetic Reflections (1999) in USA and several others in Minotaur Volumes and in anthologies in US and on the Internet. He is a member of the American Academy of poets.

He lives in Irving, Texas, with his wife Dr.Jaya, and they have four great children and three wonderful grandchildren.
