If you know God, you would know that this book is written by a man that loves God and about a woman who epitomizes what a woman of God is supposed to be. The bible makes us understand what it is to be saved. The bible presents many characters that have left on record how we ought to be an ambassador for Him. Some of these bible ambassadors for us to read about and serve as an example for our lives are Abraham, Moses, David, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Mary, Martha, Samson, Daniel, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, Ezekiel, Paul, Timothy, Hannah, and John the Baptist.
This books talks about a woman by the name of Mary. Mary Sue Thompson Pannell learned at an early age the responsibilities of caring for her parents but she learned how to do that with love. Evangelist Pannell, another name that she’s affectionately known, has a special gift, and that is how to deal with all people from all walks of life. She stands firm on the word of God and she believes what the bible teaches. Her confident is in her maker and everyone that enters her doors she makes a point to pray for them prior to their departure. She continuously serves faithfully in her calling as a Pastor, Evangelist, and most importantly as a woman of God. Pastor Pannell takes the time with everyone who enters her house to not only bless him or her with physical food, but also with spiritual food. It does not matter if you are a lawyer, judge, doctor, soldier, maid, teacher, business executive, or nurse. She sees you as a child of God and she points you to the one who made Heaven and Earth.
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
~PROVERBS 31:10-22
Mother Pannell believes that if you are to get into heaven the first thing that you must do is recognize that you are a sinner saved by grace. She believes what the scripture teaches us on how to see God. H
