About the Author
Hello I am Deborah Simpson. I was raised in Los Angeles County, California. I had my first cigarette at about age 12, and by the time I was in my early thirties I was smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. During the years I really wanted to quit, occassionally, and sometimes would get involved in different stop smoking programs. After a time I would start smoking again. It was then that I realized that some of these programs did not directly communicate with the inner needs of the smoker, but only focused on the physical addiction of smoking. Someone needed to come up with a plan to help smokers quit, and not want to restart. That is when I put my plan to work successfully, and choose to share it with you in hopes that you will gain the same satisfaction, and rewards that I have experienced now smoke free!
