...She uttered something in such a hoarse voice I couldn’t make it out the first time she said it.
“Hm?”
“Ppp...please…I don’t…don’t wanna…don’t wanna die. Oh God please…”
“No, no...” I said now against her, my eyes making sure to keep a strong contact with hers. “God isn’t choosing to kill you now. He’s not. Know why? Because...”
My hand found its way around her throat once more and began to squeeze. A small heaving sound came from within her. She was going to vomit, I knew this kind all too well. I really disliked it when they did that. As I squeezed her, dry heaves were brought up now, all that she had consumed within the past four hours or so. Vomit covered my hands, blood seemed to come up as well… then again, maybe she didn’t throw up blood, perhaps it was the blood she was already losing down the side of her face mixing in with her vomit. Whatever it was, I continued to squeeze harder, making her eyes bulge once again. That familiar blue starting to come back. That heart pounded madly, wildly…and I was straining to see that look in those bulging eyes of hers. Come on.

There are many different kinds of art. The very definition of art is to cause or create a reaction. Modern Art is not exactly the most conventional, ethical, or down right moral way of presenting one’s expression--that particular expression being the use of the human form. The bone structure, the pearlescent gleam of the spine, the spattering swirl of intestines pink and blue, glittering ivory teeth when pulled out one by one makes for an exemplary piece of unique design, all created by the sheer genius behind the blade. You say mutilation? No, it is creation! Skin looks good on one’s body, yes, but it looks even better as a lamp shade, or a coaster. Now that’s putting your heart into your work. And when someone decides to use the human body for display, an eye ball here, a muscle there, all sorts of creativity can come about! Art causes a reaction, yes?
