About the Author
Born and educated in the Philippines, Juan C. De los Santos was College Instructor of Economics at the University of Nueva Caceres, Naga City and the University of the East, Manila. For seven years he worked as Education Officer in Sokoto (Zamfara) State, Nigeria, where he taught in the Muslim town of Kaura Namoda. His sojourning experiences provide the inspiration for his writing that transcends boundaries from his origins to the multicultural realities of New York, where he resided and excelled in Business Management for fifteen years. My Africa, A Sojourner's Memoir is his first attempt in creative non-fiction.
