Behold, in The Land of Chess there was a kingdom. The
Alas, over time, tarnish began to cover The Trophies of Victory. The brightness began to fade. The metal began to rust. Many of the chess pieces became proud. Many became lazy. They began to look at themselves as great. They forgot about teamwork. They began to brag. They began to boast. Many only spoke of their own heroics in The Last Great Battle.
Many years later, the Wise Old Bishop was teaching his young students, the little pawns. He was teaching them The Truth, The Law, and The Way of Chess.
