About the Author

Joshua Fredenburg is a 29 year-old national youth and college leadership speaker, Generation Y Expert, Author, and Talk Show Host that specializes in equipping emerging leaders with powerful information that will enable them to make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world. Joshua has traveled and spoken in 34 different states across the country reaching 1.5 million people with his incredible message on Leadership.

In addition to speaking before thousands of young people across the country, Joshua also hosts and produces a social and political talk show locally entitled, “Speak On It”.  His intent with this energetic and lively talk show is to provide young men and women all across the country with a positive platform to voice their opinions on various political and social issues of our day.

When Joshua is not hosting his political and social talk show or speaking before an audience of young energetic men and women, he can be found on various radio and television talk shows serving as a Generation Y Expert.  As a TV Guestpert, Joshua offers incredible information and insight about the topic of discussion revolving around Generation Y.  Some notable appearances as a Generation Y Expert include appearances on “The Wayne Brady Show”, “The Rolanda Watts Show”, “The KTLA Morning Show in LA”, “The Gregory Mantell Show”, “The V-100 Morning Show in LA”,  and an array of other popular shows throughout the country.

In writing A Call to Action, Joshua not only uses his experiences as a 29 year-old national youth and college speaker, talk show host, and Generation Y Expert, but he applies the knowledge that he gained while receiving his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, writing his first of two books entitled, “Vision, the Answer to Generations X and Y”, and experiences with three years of writing monthly newsletters for approximately 5,000 readers.

Although Joshua has experienced many great things as a national youth and college speaker, talk show host, Generation Y Expert, and Author, his mission will not be complete until he has  reached at least 1 BILLION leaders worldwide with information that will enable them to make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world.
