My Personal Letter to You
Dear Reader,
My story is not a “rags to riches” account, nor is it about a success that was the result of a silver spoon. It is one that started from average beginnings, and went to millionaire. It involves my walk as a working-class citizen, who—like so many average people—toiled day in and day out trying to get ahead of or stay on top of the bills. Most, if not all, working-class or middle-class people would undoubtedly have serious issues if they stopped working today. Yet many really want to get ahead and jumpstart their lives to the Road of Financial Security and Success. Is that not a common dream for most people?
I wanted to write this book from the perspective of the average person and get to the absolute reason why getting rich works for some and not for others. There are thousands of self-help books that give you many exercises and practical steps to take in order to realize your financial goals and potential. My question, like that of so many others, is “why” and “how” these systems work. This book uncovers those answers and puts you in a place of empowerment and understanding to work any plan you desire to get to your dreams.
For me, one day my realization hit me like a combination of punches consisting of the simplest light-bulb going off in my head, a brain freeze from drinking something frozen too fast, and an elder slapping me in the face. It was clear as day and very uncomplicated. “I’m a millionaire!” I said repeatedly as if I were trying to convince myself like I had done so many other times when I really wanted to believe something was going to happen. This time, however, it was distinctly different. I really am a millionaire! In the past, I exercised my Faith. I prayed consistently. I believed and spoke life-affirming and sacred verses over my situations. I even gave lots of money and personal possessions to those in need. Where in the past this alone did not bring manifested results right away, what was different this time?
In my book, you will go through chronological journeys and processes with me that have led me to this place. And in so doing, you will witness the answers to that question of what was different this time. I know that you will experience both things that you can relate to and others that may seem far-fetched. Yet, hopefully after reading this book, you will feel empowered to take the reins of your life and become what you desire to be.
It doesn’t have to take very long to get to your destiny. It definitely doesn’t have to take you as long as it has taken me, but I want you to promise to do one thing while reading this book. Keep your plans simple and basic. The less complicated your thought process, the clearer and more concise your actions (and thus your results) will be. As this book unfolds, you should begin to see and understand a very common thread that holds the key to your existence. It will then become very clear and apparent to you that you already hold the keys to your future. It’s time to unlock your fullest potential. Are you ready to get started?
