About the Book
“On a planet not too far from earth a war is raging, a chieftainess of the Nordlings grows ever more uneasy in her search for peace, and an orphan boy, alone and thirsting for adventure, takes refuge in his books and maps. Yet all is not what it appears and things will surely unfold in unexpected ways. The time of the Convergence of Prophecies has dawned and the Four Powers, long hidden from the world, hold the key to what will surely come. A dark priestess will seek a weapon all have sought and failed to find, and wizards, shamans, monks, and kings will kill and love and live and die to see their world and fondest dreams be born. Yet none but the Circle of the Lantern can see this Quest to its appointed end. A world will die but can a planet be reborn. A fledgeling boy and a Northern Queen hold the answer.
