These poems are about looking closely at people and the surroundings. They relate to different experiences that express the idea of seeing beyond the surface. If you look lcose enough you will find something special and amazing.
About the Author
I've enjoyed writing for most of my life, mostly poetry. I enjoy nature and finding hidden wonders on the trail. I'm a special education teacher and work with deaf and hard of hearing students. I've worked with a variety of ages and enjoy helping my students find their 'voice.' Writing can be a challenge, but I want my students to understand that they have something unique to say.
