About the Book
Employee Guide Labour Law of the Cayman Islands seeks to provide its’ readers, in non-legal language, with a basic overview of the minimum standards currently provided under the Labour Law for employees working in the Cayman Islands, and furthermore, the system created under the Labour Law through which an employee may, if necessary, enforce his (or her) rights against their employer.
About the Author
Kimbert S. Solomon has an Honours degree in Law from the University of Liverpool, sucessfully completed the PPC for Attorneys in the Cayman Islands, and worked for several years at a local firm, which specializes in, amongst other things, employment law matters. Kimbert is currently employed as an In-House Counsel for an International Trust Company located in the Cayman Islands.
