About the Author

Keith Moore, the first born and only son to George and Delphine Moore was born in Detroit Michigan November 11, 1959. Keith is father to Keisha, 23 and Kiana Moore, 21. Keith graduated from Manalapan High school after attending three years on a basketball scholarship to Peddie School in Hightstown NJ. Keith went on to attend Ohio Wesleyan where he graduated with an Economic Management major and minor in Spanish. During his sophomore year at OWU, Keith studied in Bogata Columbia and learned to speak Spanish fluently. Keith worked for General Motors as a junior during the summer of 1977 for General Motors in Detroit and after graduated from Ohio Wesleyan became the youngest person ever hired to Xerox Corporation in their new Office Products Division in 1981.

The life Keith appreciates most today began when he came from college, travel and corporate America back home to his family in New Jersey to change the direction on their businesses. Keith became Founder and Executive Director of EXODUS House a drug and alcohol rehabilitation half way house for men and women in Asbury Park as he converted his father’s elderly care hotel into a house of restoration for those suffering from addictions. Taking another bite at the apple of outside employment, Keith entered into the government sector and was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey and Secretary of Commerce to the position of Account Executive in 1997 to the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission. His appointment led to a position as Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations for Prosperity New Jersey, a division of The New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission. In 2001, back on his own and as CEO of KDM & Associates, LLC, Keith Moore has built a well nationally recognized business development, government affairs and public relations firm called KDM & Associates. Two of its most notable successes, the firm has helped win a $6 million brownfield economic development grant for one of the largest minority owned construction management firms in the region. KDM has provided new business development consulting services and has facilitated contracts up to one billion dollars with the Department of Energy. RSIS, a former client of KDM & Associates, LLC recently signed a 50 Billion dollar contract with GSA Alliant. the KDM launched KDM International in 2007 starting operations in Johannesburg South Africa. KDM International is devoted to international business development, government affairs and marketing consultation focused on trade in and with Africa.
