Binky, the caterpillar, lived in a small corner of the garden. Her sister, Mabel, was always telling her the strange story about mysterious changes that happen to the caterpillars in their insect village. None of the other insects believed this legend and made fun of Binky especially Tilman,the ant.
'Tilman laughed and laughed when Binky told their classmates that mysterious changes happen in their village. Tilman laughed so hard that the other insects joined in to laugh and make fun of Binky. Binky didn't know what to say. She was so embarrassed that she crawled as fast as she could away from the village.'
'What Binky didn't know was that soon SHE would experience a mysterious change!'
After waking from a long nap, she took one long big breath and gazed at her body. "Wow, I've changed!" squealed Binky.

About the Book
"Wow, I've Changed!" is about a lovable caterpillar that goes through metamorphosis. Binky, the caterpillar, lives in a tiny insect village in a small corner of the garden with her sister, Mabel. Mabel has always told her strange stories about mysterious changes that happen to the caterpillars in their village. Binky has no idea how these changes occur or what they are until mysterious things happen to her!
About the Author
Paul Mikus has served both as a teacher and elementary principal for 28 years. He has a B.S and Ed.S from Indiana State University and an M.A.E from Ball State University. He and his wife have two grown sons and live in Indiana.This is Paul's initial book in which he balances a fictional story line and non-fictional illustrations.
