It's The Drain Your Brain Ahhhh, and Bend Your Glasses Book of Poetry

Fragile, small, and struggling to stand,

Glazed at birth, premiers a coat to be grand,

His strides petite, soon become immense,

Prominent movement, his muscles now tense.

Now matured, defined by beauty and grace,

Among his peers, he boldly takes his place.

His majestic mane flawless in the wind,

Mares take notice while being dinned.

His freedom is his power,

His strength forces other colts to cower.

Leader of the herd is left to the mare,

The stallion now protects with dramatic flare.

                  Father to Son

A vision of what someday could come to me,

A childinto boyhood, now man is what I see.

Knowledge, wisdom, and experience I give to thee,

A reflection of what was and what will be.

My journey was started and now well traveled,

Yours is beginning, not paved but graveled.

Your thirst for the unknown, a constant quest,

Heart felt answers, I give you my best.

Pride, love, never ending care,

Respect, dignity, and passion to spare,

I see in you now what I saw in the beginning,
