About the Author

Paul H. Kamoroff, Esq. is an attorney who has represented hundreds of children with disabilities through all aspects of the Special Education legal process, including IEPs, Dispute Resolution Sessions, Mediations, Settlement Agreements, Due Process Hearings, Federal Court and Appellate Court. 

He is the Managing Partner of Kamoroff & Associates, Attorneys at Law, a law firm dedicated to representing children with disabilities.  Mr. Kamoroff has also been appointed a Special Master by the Orange County Family Law Court to adjudicate disability law issues, and Mr. Kamoroff is a faculty professor with the National Business Institute, where he teaches Special Education Law to attorneys and educators.

Mr. Kamoroff obtained his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, School of Law, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside.
