A true story of two young tennis players who fell in love on the tennis courts. Through their love for tennis , family, and the Lord they were able to face a devastating catastrophe. This book describes how life takes a tragic turn, but with God's help life continues to go on. A tennis tournament is started and continues today, children grow up, wonderful memories are formed, and happiness is found. In the end God's love runs through the family.
About the Author
Sue Huffman Stanley is a 60 year old grandmother of ten.She has a Masters Degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Morehead State University in Kentucky. Sue has coached college tennis and volleyball at Middle Tennessee State University. She has coached fast-pitch softball and Little League t-ball and has also been Commissioner of Little League baseball. Sue played tennis all through high school and college. In college she played on the men's tennis team. Years later she received a second degree in Middle School Education and taught fifth and sixth graders in Dekalb County for ten years. Most of her life has been spent working with young people in various capacities revolving around tennis, baseball, softball, crafts, and art.. At present Sue is involved in the Kenneth Warren Huffman Memorial Tennis Tournament that occurs annually in Pikeville, Kentucky. Sue is happily married to Brad Stanley and resides in Tucker, Georgia.
