Walk Softly
Walk softly in theses old worn out shoes.
They have carried me many miles my life through.
Up and down the hills of heartache
All the days when I was blue.
They even carried me through a tear or two.
These old shoes are pretty worn and tired now
As I wipe my sweaty wrinkled brow.
A bit dusty from old dirt roads,
They have carried some pretty heavy loads......

About the Book
A beautiful collection of poetry between a granddaughter and grandmother. Between Two Hearts shows a great amount of difference between the authors, in thier way of writing. Both authors show mostly triditional rhyme style, but show a contrast with thier story-telling. You will feel yourself in these wonderful poems, as if you have lived it, been there in some point in your life. You will laugh, smile, and cry. Very emotional and heartfelt for readers as well as the authors.
About the Author
The author, Tammy Crawford, lives in a small town in Northern Nevada. Loving the outdoors, she and her husband Joe love to take drives up to the beautiful Ruby Mountains, as well as take a few nature hikes, camp, and explore ghost towns.
BBQ with family and friends are a wonderful time to get together and have some fun, to catch up and visit, play with the grandchildren, and just relax.
The poetry book, Between Two Hearts, was co-written by her late grandmother, and is dedicated to her in her memory.
