Heather Carmichael is President and founder of Kelleher Communications. She typically works with organizations that have 10 to 1000 employees to energize and accelerate the way their employees think, act and perform to increase sales and customer service, or improve key business processes to positively impact shareholder value. Heather was also Vice-President and co-founder of the Austin Music Housing Initiative, a non-profit that offers affordable housing for musicians in the Live Music Capitol of the world. She enjoys walks along the river or lake, and she can often be seen watching her favorite band live on weekends in Austin, or perhaps enjoying a weekend jaunt to Santa Fe, San Diego, Denver or Nashville.
