Unspoken Words (For my childhood friend Marilyn Delgado) It was an argument to fierce to reveal. At the end we quieted ourselves beside each other. My heart it heaved, and unleashed my forgiveness. It was over a foolish thing. We chatted and cooed. And we returned to our former selves.
Consider it well
Seek not after things of want;
Labor not in vain.
Life is but a moment passing;
Remember love.
Love is but a fleeting Sparrow
It will not return
For weariness becomes your name
And happiness a thing of dreams
Love is your ministry
A fire that cannot be quenched
Consider it well.

Born in Brooklyn, New York I have been writing since I was ten years old. I've written artlcles for a church publication called the Meridian. I've also had a poem published in the anthology called The Color of Life by the International Library of Poetry. I've also had articles published in some organizational publications.
