About the Author
Mike Manley has more than twenty-seven years experience with direct sales. Starting as an associate with Aflac, he has held district, regional, state, and multiple state sales management positions around the country. He has received every major sales award that Aflac gives its sales agents, including the Fireball, Super Fireball, Triple Crown, and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Key Club Awards. In 1987, Manley was named the top associate in the United States. He is the recipient of the coveted and prestigious Amos Award. Manley retains district, regional, and state recruiting records. He is a lifetime member in Aflac President’s Club for excellence in sales performance. Manley has also worked with Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company, and he was the regional director for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Manley continues to sell as an independent insurance broker and remains at the top of the leaderboard today. Manley is a decorated, six-year United States Army Infantry veteran, and he received the Meritorious Service Medal. In 1984, Manley was named as an Outstanding Young Man in America and recently received the Senatorial Medal of Freedom, the highest honor the Republican members of Congress can bestow on an individual. Mike Manley currently resides in Jupiter, Florida, with his family.
