About the Book
The text/workbook, "Leadership Analytics" is the most comprehensive work on Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Decision Making to date. Every major theory from Herzberg and Maslow to Hersey/Blanchard to Kouzes and Posner is presented. Each theory has its own self scoring instrument, which will profile the reader's perception of that theory.
Dr. Mulcahy's work concludes with his unique paradigm of : Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Decision Making. His model presents a taxonomy and synthesis of sixty years of theory analytics.
About the Author
Dr. John W. Mulcahy is Charles A. Dana Professor of Educational Leadership, Director of the ED.D. Program and Senior Professor in the Schools of Business and Education at the University of Bridgeport. He is the immediate past president of The Association for the Advancement of Educational Research (Fellows Division); immediate past president of The National Academy for the Advancement of Educational Research and is currently a Board Member of AAER & NAAER.
Over his forty years in higher Education, he has served as a Dean at Fordham University, Iona College and the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Mulcahy has served on the Board of Trustees of Johnson and Wales University; Board of Directors of The United States Naval War College Foundation (Also a Founding Member of The Foundation); received a Presidential Appointment to the Board of Directors of the Student Loan Marketing Association (SLMA); and was a member of The Board of Selectors of The National Institute of Higher Education – Ireland.
Dr. Mulcahy received his B.S. from Fordham University; M.S. & M.B.A. from Iona College; Ph.D., Fordham; LL.D. (h.c.) Johnson and Wales; and the D.H.L. (h.c.) Iona College. Dr. Mulcahy has consulted nationally and internationally on matters of business and education. He is best known for his Leadership Paradigm – presented in this book.
