The illnesses have caused the break up of relationships and the loss of contact with my children and even the loss off sanity in places and never any help was forth coming until now. I hope that things will change. There is no cure for what I have and the doctors have told me that it might get worse as I get older. let's hope not ehh. I live in hope that things will always get better and that i will have a better quality of life that I can call my own. Welcome to my world!!!!!!

This book is the story of my life and the struggle that i have had with mental illness. it will hopeully help people that suffer from the same illnesses as me and I hope also help the people that care for people like me. My life has been full of drama and most of this is because of the illnesses that I have, I hope it helps somebody out there.....
About the Author
For me even getting out of bed is an achievement I suffer from an array of different illnesses so for me to be able to write this book was a major achievement. I am 38 years old and just want my pain to be turned into something good, so then I won't feel that everything has been a waste of time because I know there is hope out there, you just have to grab it.....
