About the Author
Eddie Hulsey has 35 years of public safety experience, with more than 25 of these devoted to training law enforcement officers and SWAT teams. During his law enforcement career, he was a SWAT team leader for the largest police department in Northeast Georgia. He has been a member of the Police Marksman Association’s National Advisory Board and a Contributing Staff member for Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) magazine. Currently, he works for a major international Homeland Security company where he manages four programs to train U.S. law enforcement agencies throughout the country how to respond to terrorist incidents. He is married with three children and lives in Georgia.
