About the Author

Maxine Y. Anderson lives in Southern California. Maxine is a graduate of Long Beach Polytechnic High School in Long Beach, California. She served five active duty years in the United States Army. She graduated from Monterey Peninsula Community College in Monterey, California and later graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills in Carson, California with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Arts Degree in Education with a focus in Counseling.
