His mother knew how important this was to Christopher and how excited he was. She also knew that children in second grade wear blue jeans and T-shirts to school and may not understand why Christopher was wearing a suit. She thought she should prepare him for the other kids reaction. She said,
"you know Christopher; the other kids may notice that you are wearing a suit to school. They may say something. It is not every day they see a boy in a suit at school." Christopher answered, "I know!" and hurried off to school.
