Forgiveness is important in our lives if
we are to make our exit to the future.
Forgiveness will free you from any
person who has hurt you and it will help
you to let go of the emotions that you
harbor as a result of the hurt. You
might not want to forgive, but if you are
to be free from thinking bad thoughts
and acting out the obsessive behavior
you hold toward the other person, it is
important to your well being that you
do. Your willingness is the key factor
for your recovery. Therefore, it is
necessary that you work on yourself
to let go of resentment.
When you forgive it will allow you to let
go of any claim on the other person for
retribution, thereby forgiveness will
help you make better progress in your
life.

Janice M. Green, Ph.D. is the pastor and founder of the Lamb of God Worship Center, Inc. in Naples, FL. She has been married for thirty-two years to Elder Randy J. Green, who is the assistant pastor. To this union were born two daughters, Jamie and Tiffany.
Pastor Green's secular career has been working in the Human Services field for which she earned a Ph.D. in Social Work. She has an extensive work background with the Florida Department of Children and Families, working with at risk children and their families.
This work background further extends to Juvenile Delinquency, Adult Probation, Child Abuse and Teen Pregnancy. She has taught many seminars in her area of expertise.
