About the Author
Lindsey
began with horses back in 1993 and began her natural horsemanship journey in
2002. Lindsey's diverse equine background includes experience as a coach,
owner, trainer, competitor, and general farm worker. Her disciplines range from
western speed events, western pleasure, competitive trail, hunter, jumper,
dressage, and eventing. She also has miles of experience working on trails,
with gaited breeds, and ground games. Lindsey has 'broken' many horses, and
trained many more. Her speciality reigns in working with ex race horses, 'hot'
horses, and jumping disciplines.
Lindsey
has achieved various levels of achievment with Parelli Natural Horsemanship,
the Ontario Equestrian Federation, the Coaching Association of Canada, and the
Canadian Pony Club. Lindsey was also a finalist for the Canadian National Top
20 Under 20 Leadership and Innovation Award for her work with horses. She has
also received numerous awards from competing in all of the disciplines that she
has participated in.
Lindsey
discovered natural horsemanship through many means, including one on one
mentoring with horse whisperer legend Gary Convery, as well as, studying other
horse whisperers. After years of experience studying various horse whisperers
and years of experience working with many different horses of all ages, breeds,
and disciplines, Lindsey is sharing her knowledge with other equine
enthusiasts.
Lindsey
has one goal when it comes to horses- spread natural horsemanship to as many
people as possible, from all disciplines, all levels, and all over the world.
