The Oven Oh oven, oh oven! Give me something new, And if it is delicious, Make me more than two! Cake is getting boring, Pies are getting old, Banana bread’s too liquidy, The bread always has mold! Tarts make me spit, My cupcakes are so lame, Forget that yucky strudel, I always get the same! My guests are always spitting, Out your stinky food, They tell me I serve horribly, And always change my mood! Oh oven, oh oven! Give me something new!

About the Book
This book is a collection of twenty poems that kids can very well relate to- from their schools to their little sisters. They all rhyme and have a rhythm, and have tons of fun in them!
About the Author
Emily Jilson was born in July 1997, and is now twelve years old. She lives in Garland, Texas with her mom, her dad, and her two sisters. She started taking an interest in writing when she was six years old, and she began writing poems when she was ten. Her hobbies are writing, watching television, and reading. She made this book with help from her dad, mom, and uncle.
