"By staying in this relationship I am being selfish and keeping you from someone that really likes you!" "I feel we got together for the wrong reasons!" "This is not what I am looking for right now!" "My ex and I got back together!" "I am gay!" "You don't have to call me ever again in life, if you don't want to!" "I cheated on you on purpose!" "You got too many kids!" "I have too many kids!" "I don't want to be with you anymore!" "I can't be who you want me to be!" "I need time to find myself!" "We are headed in two different directions!" "I don't deserve you!" "I need to be alone, and by alone I mean with your sister!" "You bore me!" "You are too advanced for me!" "God told me to break-up with you!"
I know this is a very unique way to start a book! But I felt this was the most appropriate way to start a book written on break-ups. The previous lines were just a microcosm in the world of lines that have been used to end a relationship. Although some were very harsh, they all had a distinct yet definite way of letting someone know that their relationship had reached a point of no return and that it was time to move on! Most people on the receiving end of those comments were neither ready nor expecting to hear them. If this has happened to you, you probably found yourself in a predicament that caused you to be left in the dark and unsure about how to move on and find closure, which is why the period after a break-up can be a very difficult time in our lives, to say the least. Break-ups can occur for a variety of reasons. They can stem from conflicts (internal or external), lifestyle adaptations, a disconnect in mutual values or morals or simply a discontinuance of attraction.

About the Book
A great philosopher said that “Anger is the fluid that love bleeds when it is cut.” From that quote and my personal studies of relationships, this book was birthed. I wrote this book to help mend the wound that is caused whenever a person is forced to deal with an emotionally traumatic event such as a break-up. Whether a relationship ends with a goodbye or ends in a violent abrupt way, you have to heal from it. We all, as human beings, go through times in our lives where we get injured by life, may it be emotionally, physically, or mentally. More times than I would like to mention, I too have been injured. What I have come to understand is that an injury from a broken relationship is one that can affect your everyday life. That is why I have learned that the faster you get over being hurt or knocked down, the better you will be. It does not matter what your relationship status was; causally dating, cohabitation, courtship, domestic partnership, or marriage. This book can help you get over and headed in the right direction towards new and more fulfilling relationships in 30 days!! In this book, I share with you methods that encourage and inspire you to do what is needed, in order to move on from a relationship that has reached its ending point. Take the journey with me as we enter the world of healing!
