Chapter 32 “Shhh! Don’t say a word,” Gert said to Madison. “I’m gonna get you out of here, but you have to be quiet.” Madison had been sound asleep but now wide awake, nodded her head that she understood. They silently went up the basement steps, but, before they entered the living room, Gert checked to see if Bill was sleeping. Seeing that Bill was asleep on the couch, Gert motioned for Madison to get behind her. Using her body to shield Madison from his view, they entered the living room. Relieved that the TV was still on, Gert knew that it would drown out any noise they might make. Gert and Madison began tiptoeing past Bill. They both froze when Bill snorted and rolled over. Still asleep, his butt was now hanging off the couch. Afraid that he might fall off and wake up, Gert stopped and held her breath. Waiting a few seconds until deciding that the coast was clear, Gert signaled Madison that it was okay to go. Gert could finally let out a sigh of relief. They were now standing on the back porch. Suddenly, Gert blurted out, “Oh no! I forgot the key!” Telling Madison to stay put and be quiet, Gert went back inside the house to get the key. Looking around the living room, she saw that it was on Bill’s TV table. Tiptoeing over to the table, she held her breath as she slowly reached out to pick it up. Suddenly, Bill opened one eye. “What the heck are you doing, Gert?” “Nothing, Bill…..just dusting the furniture,” Gert said, as she quickly picked up a towel off the floor and nervously began dusting the TV table. “Well, you’re disturbing my beauty sleep, you dummy!” growled Bill. “Just when I was dreaming about that million bucks.” As Gert was dusting, she used the towel to pick up the key without Bill’s noticing what she had done. Within minutes, Bill was again sound asleep, and Gert went back outside where Madison was waiting. They quickly got into the van and took off. Within minutes, they had pulled up in front of a police station. Reaching over Madison and opening the passenger door, Gert pointed at the police station and told Madison, “Get out and run as fast as you can and don’t look back.”

About the Book
This is the story of eight-year old Andrew, who wishes he was an actor. Matthew, his guardian angel, teaches him how to use energy to get whatever he wants; but for it to come true, he must BELIEVE that it will happen.
After fulfilling his childhood dream, Andrew does become an actor but stops BELIEVING in angels. Sadly, Matthew has to say good-bye and disappears.
Thirty years later, Andrew is a movie star and has everything money can buy, except when his six-year old daughter, Madison, is kidnapped. Will money get her back? Or will it take the crystal medallion and angelic intervention to bring her home safe and sound?
There is truth in this book. The “Power of Intent” should be used with caution. “Be careful what you wish for!”
About the Author
Linda grew up and lives in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2000, she had a spiritual awakening. Then one year later in Sedona, Arizona, she learned how to use the “Power of Intent.” For over ten years, she has been using energy to get what she wants. She laughed when someone once askedher why she didn’t ask for a million dollars. She quickly responded, “What if I did and I was crossing the street one day and got hit by a truck. What good would a million dollar lawsuit do me if I was paralyzed in a wheelchair or brain dead for the rest of my life.” In this book, she shares with the reader the rules to follow and how to ask for and get whatever your heart desires, just by using energy. She has one word of caution about using the ‘Power of Intent,’ “Be careful what you wish for!” When using energy to get what you want, be warned that sometimes something bad might happen first, but just as in this story, something bad will always turn into something good, if you BELIEVE it will.
