About the Book
Travis the traveling turtle is a turtle who travels the forest looking for new adventures and finding new friends. His travels led him to a beautiful butterfly named Michaela, who has had a few adventures of her own. The afternoon with her leads to a new friend for a lifetime, and lessons that will not be forgotten.
About the Author
Diane Reason was born in Van Buren, Arkansas; she was the ninth child of ten children born to Richard and Betty Rankin. She now lives in Rudy, Arkansas with her husband Wade, son Kyle, and daughter Amanda. Diane has always wanted to write children's stories, and with some encouragement from her family she decided to write down some of the stories she told her children when they were small. The stories of Travis the turtle and his adventures are her favorites and she hopes you enjoy them as much as her own children have.
