Man places value on so little of what the kingdom has to offer. Jesus told us to ask and seek and that we would not be turned away. We must know there are vast riches to dig up that belong to the body of Christ. Visions are just one way He communicates with us. It is truly amazing how many ways He uses to inform us about things in our midst and of things to come. Visions are readily available to the born again believer. Visions can come for many reasons and are very powerful. They come to teach, warn, to give direction and to reveal truth. They will always draw you closer to Jesus because everything He does draws us to Him and draws us to know Him. In this passage from the Word, you will see that Jesus also saw what the Father was doing by way of vision.
John 1:48-50(NKJV) Nathanael said to Him, “How do You know me?”Jesus answered and said to him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”
This should be an occurrence that happens frequently if we are to SEE what the Father is doing. Jesus says that He doesn't do anything unless He sees His Father doing it.
I was on my way to work one morning, and I was praying as usual. On this particular morning I had a vision of this baby being left out in the cold. It was a winter morning and therefore I began to pray fervently about this baby to be found and that someone would get it out of the cold. I prayed other things along this line. I never gave it much thought throughout the day. Being an intercessor, I pray a lot of things and don't have the time to ponder a whole lot on everything I pray. But, as soon as I got home from work my husband was sitting in his chair and being the newsworthy man that he is says, “Did you hear about that baby?” I shouted a bit loud and said, `What? What happened to the baby?” He then proceeded to tell me about this baby that was left outside and that someone found it that morning. I then shared my story with him. Some visions I have had were never confirmed, like that one. But we must still be faithful and respond to whatever we are privileged to see by the Holy Spirit.
In many of the stories that the Lord would tell me, by His Spirit, He would show me what He was going to do in the body of Christ. He would also let me know what He saw as areas that needed work in the body. This story is one of my all time favorites. As I spoke in tongues, while journaling in 1995, I heard and saw this vision. This illustration set me on a mission to pray for the body of Christ for many years. The Body It's alive! It's alive and well on planet earth. It causes turmoil. It causes much trouble. It is a spirit that runs rampant upon the earth. It is a spirit of confusion. It must be bound. Bind confusion in the body of Christ. The hand thinks it's supposed to slap the face. The foot thinks it's supposed to kick up dirt. The nose thinks it's supposed to smell for trouble. These things are all wrong. All the body parts are in the wrong place, doing all the wrong things. (Then I saw a human body and all the body parts fly off into all directions) Then the Lord proceeded to say. I am going to take each part and talk to them. When I send them back to the body they will begin doing their proper job. They will have new insight and new direction. The hands will come together and work together. The feet will walk in unison. The ears will listen together and the mouths will take turns to speak. The eyes will watch together. They will keep track of all the other working parts. The heads will organize. They will join together with ideas that I have planted within. The knees will join together in prayer and intercession. The elbows will join together and produce much work. The hearts will hear the voice of God and pump the messages to the rest of the body. I will then lay the body down and give her dreams. I will provide healing in every part of the body. When she rises up she will feel good. She will feel organized. She will feel unified. She will be in one mind and one accord. She then will walk upright and holy. She then will walk the path of righteousness. She will then grab the people by the wayside and they will join her. The people by the wayside will desire to walk in unity with her because of Me.
Nathanael answered and said to Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King ofIsrael!” Jesus answered and said to him, “Because I said to you, `I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these.”

About the Book
This book tells about Jesus as being the same yesterday, today and for ever. It is about how He never changes. He communicates and teaches in the same manner today as He did when He was on earth. He still performs miracles today, just as He did over two thousand years ago. The only difference is that He does all things by His Spirit. The book also encourages the born again believer to represent Him as He truly is in today's world.
About the Author
Shirley Hall has been an educator in the public school system for over twenty years. She is married and has three grown children. She has a heart for woman and has ministered many years to women in solitary confinement in a correctional institute. She is an intercessor and has received much of her revelation from the Lord through journaling and from dreams and visions. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit she authored “The Voice of God” A Church with Hearing Ears, and has written several children's books.
