About the Author
Quentin Thomas a 23 years old native of Decatur, Georgia attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. He decided to write this book because of his unique style of cooking. Every since he was a little boy, he knew cooking was his passion. He was always in the kitchen making new dishes. He states "I love everything that has to do with food". While attending Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts he learned a lot of new tricks from his teacher, Executive Chef Desmond Fannin. Chef Fannin was always pushing me to drive for the best and that is what I'm doing now says Quentin. Quentin is also a private Chef. The name of his business is called My Personal Chef.
