Daily stress is what I call it-
You say, I say, they say-hold up just submit-
When it’s someone else’s mess-
It’s so easy to ignore, I must confess-
Even if one does not choose life’s daily test-
Bow down, face the music of life’s reality at your best-
We are better for enduring & acknowledging that it surrounds us-
But if we are foolish ones, we deny our worst enemy into our lives like pus-

About the Author
This is Lisa Monique Coleman's debut poetry book. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she says she loves shopping, singing and spending quality time with family and friends. Her husband, two children, and family events keep her days pretty entertaining and lively. Although, she loves creating poetry from emotions, dreams, and ideas, she says she a rookie all the same in the society of poetry today.
