About the Author

Heather is a talented and creative, 49 year old, divorced, mother of a challenging 24-year-old son, residing in New Jersey, she’s the youngest of four siblings, and the daughter of supportive and loving parents. She’s a novice at writing fictional stories, but would love to conquer more novels in the near future. Her career has many layers. Starting out her career in the retail industry, in her teens and early twenties, she graduated from a New York City business school in 1992, for business administration, focusing on her financial goals through, her late forties. She’s currently working on creating her own opportunities and inspiring others. This past year, she has completed and graduated from an exclusive entrepreneurial program, for business owners, called The Rising Tide Capital, winning second place for her outstanding Executive Business Summary. She is also a proud small business owner, offering amazing skin care products, online. She’s always looking for something challenging and exciting to do, and writing and owning her own business has been two of the best experiences of her life. As a member of a Jersey City Baptist church, Heather’s motto is to put God first in to everything that she does, and to live life like it’s truly golden.
