This book is an endearing story about a little boy named Bobby Turner, who always enjoyed seeing the circus when it came to town every year. This year, little Bobby Turner has the chance of a lifetime; he is invited to join the circus and perform with his favorite clown, Bo-Bo and his silly monkey Chi-Chi.
About the Author
Richard (Rick) Von Ludwick was born in Fort Hood, Texas, where his father was stationed while he was in the Army Special Forces. Rick’s family was stationed in many different places from Okinawa, Japan to North Dakota. His family finally settled down in Glen Burnie, Maryland, where his father retired from the service. Rick attended Glen Burnie High School, where his passion for art began. Rick enrolled in the Maryland Institute of Art, where he fine-tuned his drawing techniques. Shortly after the birth of his two daughters, Rick started telling and writing short stories to his children. Finally, after many years, Rick decided to combine his story-telling and drawing skills by writing and illustrating this book.
