About the Author

Paul Brown, a fifth generation Houstonian, resides in northwest Houston, Texas and is the father of three children. Paul has traveled extensively, eighty-one countries in six continents to date, works in the oil and gas industry, and teaches high school classes part-time. Paul once upon a time had a weekly newspaper column in Houston for over twelve years ‘Northwest News’, was a member of the Houston Press Club, and a former legislative aide for The Texas House of Representatives for four years. Paul graduated from Dwight Eisenhower High School where he was co-editor of the school newspaper and graduated from The University of Houston, where he was a reporter for the ‘Daily Cougar’. Paul is a Texas Alpha Mu Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity alumni member. Paul has resided in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; Ft. McMurray, Alberta, Canada; Rochester, New York; Mt. Clemons, Michigan, Wichita Falls, Texas and Irving, Texas.
