About the Book
COURAGE is a heartwarming story about the life of a small, little puppy who finds the family that he is destined to be part of. It was his persistence in drawing their attention that finally made them to take notice. The story follows his birth, leaving his litter in the Midwest and eventually arriving at a pet store in a small, little coastal town. Not far away, a family preparing to party to honor their son, has no idea that a puppy was about to enter their lives. It is a story that makes you realize that it is the little things in life that matter the most.
About the Author
Marie C. Marsh, graduate of the French Fashion Academy in New York City, New York is a mother of two grown children. As all parents know, you take on the job of a doctor, counselor, coach, teacher, vet, religion teacher and everything else when you are raising children. It was her personal experience as the mother of a Navy officer that helped in writing this book. The emotions of parting with her son leaving to go to Iraq prompted her to put in words what helped her get through this event. Thus, “COURAGE” was written. It is her intentions that perhaps her experience can help other children and parents coping with the same issues. Marie Marsh has worked in the general dentistry field for 37 years .The past 16 years , and most exciting , she has worked for a cosmetic dentistry practice helping people to feel good about themselves. She truly loves the experience of working with people every day. Mrs. Marsh also served her church along with her husband, Dennis in different ministries. She also has volunteered for several charitable organizations as well as Treasurer and Board Member for a local Chamber of Commerce.
