About the Book
This collection of poems runs the gambit from light and funny to thoughtful and serious, demonstrating that within the torrent of every day life lie our own personal pools of self-reflecting poems.
About the Author
A teacher of literature and poetry, he has introduced his students to the multifarios realms of poetry and poets. He has read his poems at coffee houses and other public and academic gatherings. He started and edited the literary magazine at Brooome Community College for twenty years. He is the author of Pocket Full of Tales, a collection of sixteen pieces of short fiction. He has translated and published poems of Hermann Hesse, A native New Yorker, he now loves in up-state New York, although he looks fondly upon his younger years in Brooklyn, NY. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and Syracuse University. A vetran of the U.S. Army, he attended the Army Language School in Monterey, California.
