About the Book

As a Grandmother of four wonderful Grandchildren, Hailey Jo, Shay, Jade and Caden, I from time to time am asked to tell bed time stories. "Down by the Sea", is one of these tall tales whispered in eager little ears as they hug their favorite raggedy old stuffed animal, with sleepy eyes and sweet smiles waiting for the Sandman to lure them to sleep. This book was inspired by my youngest Granddaughter Jade and her desire to have a mythical story told about her. It is a story about an adventure under the sea, a wonderful little girl, a child mermaid and the power of a magic crown. Dedicated to my beautiful Grandchildren Jade, Caden, Shay, and Hailey Jo.
